Hello, and welcome. If you are here, you may be feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to talk. I am an experienced therapist working in Edinburgh, East Lothian, and online, and I offer a warm, confidential environment where you can speak openly, feel safe, and be heard without judgment.
I have worked with people from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds, including business and medical professionals, students, stay-at-home parents, and retirees, both in the UK and internationally. I take time to understand what is happening in your life, and therapy can offer a place to slow things down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing.
People seek therapy at different points in their lives - sometimes in response to loss, pressure, or significant change, and sometimes from a wish to understand themselves more fully. Whatever brings you here, our work will be guided by care, curiosity, and respect, and will move at a pace that feels right for you.
My practice is open and inclusive, and I welcome people of all backgrounds and ways of experiencing the world. I am committed to offering a thoughtful, supportive space where you can be met as you are, without pressure to adapt, perform, or be anyone other than yourself.
